Who can play

Denial of liability

Using a game account

Dormant accounts
Inactive accounts are those that have not been used for more than 12 months. The casino has the right to charge a monthly commission of 10 euros or the equivalent in case of a positive balance. You allow the casino to charge a commission at the beginning of the month following the day of the inactive month, as long as your account remains inactive.
Intellectual property rights
All content on the site is protected by copyright and other proprietary rights. All downloadable or printed materials may be uploaded or printed for personal use only. The Site does not grant users any intellectual property rights.
Validity period
You agree that any claim or cause of action must be filed within one year after the occurrence of such claim.
Complaints
You can contact customer support via live chat or email to report any complaints regarding our services. If there is a problem, describe it in as much detail as possible so that a solution can be found faster. Complaints are reviewed by the support department and sent to the casino if the case is not resolved immediately.
Impressibility
You may not transfer ownership of any ownership rights to the claims of using the site or participating in casino games without the consent of the casino.
Arbitration
All disputes that may arise are resolved only in Cyprus and following the Civil Rules of Cyprus.
Refund Policy
The refund request will be reviewed within 24 hours or 30 calendar days if another person has access to the record. Before the refund is processed, all bonuses and promotions will be deducted from the refund amount. All expenses that may arise are borne by the player.
